#633 Worship – “Worship His Majesty”

Good Day Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

Thoughts concerning worship should not conclude with hypocrisy, but with the majesty of how we are to worship our Lord Jesus Christ.  Jack Hayford penned the following beautiful praise chorus of worship, describing how we should best worship the Lord:  “Majesty, worship His majesty.  Unto Jesus be all glory, honor, and praise.  Majesty, kingdom authority flow from His throne, unto His own; His anthem raise.  So exalt, lift up on high the name of Jesus.  Magnify, come glorify Christ Jesus, the King.  Majesty, worship His majesty; Jesus, who died, now glorified, King of all kings.”[1]  What a wonderful description of worship,  how we should praise and adore the Son of God.  May God help us as Christians to “exalt, magnify, glorify, honor, and praise” His Majesty, the King of kings, Lord of lords, Jesus Christ our Lord.

Do you give God adequate worship?

“For He received honor and glory from God the Father when the voice came to Him from the Majestic Glory, saying, ‘This is My Son, whom I love; with Him I am well pleased.’”  (II Peter 1:17)

May God Richly Bless You Today
